We want all guests to be able to use our website without barriers. This statement describes how far we have come, what is not yet accessible and whom you can contact.

Scope

This accessibility statement applies to the website www.glueck-in-sicht.de of Glück in Sicht Hospitality GmbH & Co. KG. The legal basis is the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG).

Compliance status

The website is partially compliant with the requirements of EN 301 549 and WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The non-compliances are listed below.

Non-accessible content

The following content is currently not fully accessible:

  • The linked online booking (booking.intermar-apartments.de and ostseelodges-gluecksburg.de/buchen) is not yet fully accessible. We review and improve it continuously.
  • The multi-step online application form has not yet been fully checked against WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
  • Some gallery images still have generic alternative texts. We are adding them as part of ongoing content maintenance.
  • In the image sequence in the header, the main heading is re-rendered on every image change, so screen readers may read it out several times. A fix is in progress.

This statement was prepared on 16 May 2026 and last updated on 21 September 2026. It is based on a self-assessment supported by an internal accessibility audit. The next review will follow once the points listed above have been resolved.
