Glück in Sicht Hospitality – that means two hotels, three restaurants and a dedicated team, united by a passion for hospitality on the Flensburg Fjord.
Since its founding by Christoph Koeppen, we have combined Nordic charm with modern comfort. Whether the standalone Ostseelodges in the green, the Intermar Hotel right on the fjord or our three restaurants with regional and international cuisine – with us you will find your personal happiness.
Our team
More than 100 employees make sure every day that our guests feel completely at ease. From reception to the kitchen to housekeeping – every single person contributes to the special Glück in Sicht experience.

Our philosophy
In our kitchens we rely on seasonal ingredients from northern German suppliers such as Flensburger Fleischkontor and Marker Unternehmen Frische. Our guests should not only enjoy a stay, but take a piece of Glücksburg home with them.
